Performing acts of kindness in our daily lives does not require money, power, or any special skills. It only requires "empathy" - the recognition of our humanity and the desire to make things a little easier for someone else.

Thoughtfulness, helpfulness, compassion, understanding, and gentleness are the hallmarks of human kindness.

Every benevolent action blesses all humanity and returns to us.

I cannot express how great it felt to help them out this Christmas. It was like giving ourselves a gift, wasn't it? I love those kids--they are so good and loving. Daniel told me when I got there that when he gets old enough he wants to join us and help others or help people through another organization. ... What Angels did will last beyond the presents. We have made a strong impression on a young man who, no doubt, will pay it forward. You are a very special
person and are much appreciated for all you do.

What an honor and a pleasure to be a small part of such a community outreach. It was moving and fun and certainly was conducted in the spirit of helpfulness as is what Angels On Earth truly represents. My talents and assets will always and forever be a servant to any cause Angels on Earth in involved with.

The Angels On Earth Christmas fund raiser turned out to be a complete day of joy for me. It was such a beautiful thing to see so many people come together and offer their time and talents to help a wonderful cause.

But that is not all it was about for me. I have said before that we as a society have lost the sense of togetherness and community that our ancestors used to share with each other. I think we need more events like this to rekindle that togetherness. It was truly a success where that is concerned as well.

I am glad to have been a part of such
an enlightening event. It was like a
family reunion even though I had just
met many of the people involved.

I would like to say that giving Reiki outside was such a nice experience, especially with the music of Dream Chemistry and Scott in the background.

I loved giving the 3 week old baby Reiki --so pure and what a sweety he was! Interaction with the volunteers and customers was great. I got a wonderful chair massage and a great card reading as well. The baked goods were yummy!

All in all, a fun day.
