If you would like to help someone who is suffering from any illness or struggle, visualize your heart opening and connecting with God say, I AM sending Love and Light to "name of person", visualize this special person in a Golden-Silver beam of light. Breathe this prayer to God (15 seconds). Repeat everyday, until recovery of person, you can ask friends to pray for the same person in exactly the same way, this will help, tremendously.

*Important - Prayer must be said with sincerity of heart and mind, this infusion of Love will carry the Prayer like wings, through a shaft of glorious light.

Spiritual Blessings are Prayer

Blessings are a gift from the Creator and
therefore blessings are our greatest gift to give to each other.

When we send others blessings, we are in a consciousness of unconditional love.  We cannot be judging and blessing in the same moment.

Be aware of the Oneness & Divinity in everyone you see today.   Bless others by sending loving energy from your heart center to theirs.  The genuine love in your blessing will be felt and will be a light on their path. 

Because the healing power of the Divine is ever present, distance is no barrier to 
sending blessings.  

And remember... blessings are as effective to the bestower as it is for the recipient, for what you give you shall also receive.
