Meditation is being relaxed as if sleeping, but your consciousness is fully awake. Meditation allows me to release the ego and better feel my inner life, my true nature.
Meditation helps greatly to calm the mind from restless thoughts and our five outer senses. It makes it easier for us to explore and experience the reality that is within us.
Meditation must not be thought of as something that is done in a physically rigid condition far removed from the world. The goal is to become meditative continuously so that your very Being becomes conscious.
Meditation breaks through the masks that we have created as our identity. It helps us see through our defenses and connect with the unacknowledged and unloved aspects of ourselves. It opens us to higher mind and the voice of intuition.
We can choose meditation as a way to become more consciously aware of who we truly are and take the initiative to open to our authentic selves.

A meditative technique which will help you to feel more vibrant and alive, enjoying whatever life brings.
Take a deep breath. Feel it flowing into the middle of
your chest. Feel as if the whole existence is pouring into
you, into your heart. Do this at least five times – deep
breaths; take it in, fill the heart. Feel in the heart centre that existence which is pouring in vitality and life.
Now exhale deeply....... ah.......again from the heart, and feel
you are pouring all that has been given to you back into
existence. Do it many times in the day, but whenever you
do it, do five breaths.
That will help you to shift from the head to the heart.
And you will become more and more sensitive, more and
more aware of many things of which you have not been
aware. You will smell more, taste more, touch more, see
more, hear more; everything will become intense. You will
start feeling life really throbbing in you, ready to jump,
ready to flow.

we need to quiet ourselves to hear God’s voice."

The difficulty of meditation is not the training, but the
letting go of preconceived ideas. The experience of the true self is a state of awareness that cannot be
defined; words cannot express living reality.
