RECENTLY ADDED  - Cleaning for a Reason
If you know any woman currently undergoing chemotherapy, please pass the word to her that there is a cleaning service that provides FREE housecleaning - once per month for 4 months while she is in treatment. All she has to do is sign up and have her doctor fax a note confirming the treatment.  -Cleaning for a Reason will have a participating maid service in her zip code area arrange for the service. This organization serves the entire USA and currently has 547 partners to help these women. It's our job to pass the word and let them know that there are people out there that care. Healing Ministries
suggests trying daily doses of the following

Listening to soothing beautiful music more often to help you feel calmer, happier and overall inspired.  Music has an effect on the emotional body and one may be wise to only surround them self with that which they find inspirational and uplifting.
Get out in nature and write in a gratitude journal every day.

Find a book on affirmations or look some affirmations up on the Internet and repeat those which resonate with you.  -Even reading just one affirmation a day will change the outlook on life to a much more positive and loving position.

Join a supportive church or spiritual group, take a class or read a book about connecting with your angels.  This process will open many new doors, you will make new friends and feel a stronger connection with your higher self, God and resolving your issues.

Additionally, a wonderful book we recommend is The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale. This books helps with getting rid of emotional addictions and attachments, lack of self confidence, the benefit of meditation and peacefulness, higher consciousness, love and how to recognize the truth.
