KEEP LOOKING UP  ~
Imagination Is Evidence of the Divine

With so many pictures of awe-inspiring magic in the skies sent in recently
I chose to write a little about it. . . .

A couple years back after a group meditation one of my beautiful friends Suzette
and I were having a conversation about clouds.  She was suggesting to me
the fun and importance of looking into the sky and using our imagination every day.
It was a total dejavu moment; when she and I were having the conversation
it stirred the same conversation that I had had with 'someone' as a child.
Who originally gave me that message? I don't recall, but suspect it was
lovingly whispered by an angel guide into my consciousness as I was off
somewhere else in the land of  beautiful day~dreams.

Suzette you are such an angel and I thank you for that reminder,
I have been back to looking into the skies... Yae!

Look into the clouds and what do you see?  If your intent is to receive special
messages it will happen.

When you see a cloud shaped like a heart, an angel, a feather, or anything,
you are being sent a message from above. What were you thinking at that moment?
What is the first thought that comes to mind?
Whatever you notice is a message for you.

Live In Awareness. Go with the ebb and flow of the synchronicities,
life can be so magical if you just open up to the possibilities.
Just remember...Where you believe there is magic you will find it.

In Loving Service,
Cindy Harris

IMAGINATION IS EVIDENCE OF THE DIVINE

"A cloud does not know why it moves in such a direction and at such a speed...
It feels an impulsion..... this is the place to go now.
But the sky knows the reasons and the patterns behind all clouds
and you will know too when you lift yourself high enough to see beyond horizons."

~ Richard Bach

Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm,
but to add color to my sunset sky."

~ Rabindranath Tagore

I invite you to read through our Angelic Encounters
page and see the recent pictures of the sky!

HAPPY NEW YEAR

The New Year is a moment for reflection of milestones,  a celebration of accomplishments, as well as the opportunity to birth new life.  The idea of a new year gives people a sense of increased optimism and promise for fresh starts.  For many this is the opportunity they choose towards dedicating plans of betterment in their life, best known as the resolutions...
Never doubt you can accomplish your dreams.  You will improve your life and reach your visions as long as you are simply doing your very best.  Resolutions and goals are important as a founding force towards an improved and healthier life, and goals are easier to focus on and are effectively achieved when we process them one at a time. . . and with ease (no forcing).  By doing this we alleviate pressure and stress and find realistic focus of what is the most strongest hearts desire first and then when that is accomplished, move on to the next and then the next . . . creating what we desire most into our reality.
A person is only limited by their own beliefs and efforts.  Success takes energy and the person who believes he can succeed is most likely put out the needed effort.  The person who expects to fail rarely tries very hard so his expectations are usually fulfilled.

CONCENTRATE ON WHAT YOU WANT,
SPENDING NO ENERGY ON WHAT YOU DO NOT WANT

Every day make an effort to be aware of things you are working on personally and spiritually.  Allow change and take risks when it feels right.

CONSIDERATIONS
* Make only positive thoughts and best intentions your way of life.
  * Live every day as the most special page on your tablet of life.
  * Set one or two reasonably manageable tasks at a time and follow through with them.
  * Everyone can be a winner regardless of their past.
  * Every step is a step towards achieving something.

Of course you will meet challenges and of course there will be difficult times but by having patience and being gentle and loving to yourself you will keep the flow of energy open.  If you 'seemingly' take a step or two backwards, be flexible and know that it too has purpose and opportunity, especially in those situations we view as the most difficult.  Look to see the value and begin to grow through the lessons. . .

Be inspired with excitement for a new start not only through the New Years season, but today, tomorrow and the next day.
One day at a  time . . .  and whenever necessary allow yourself to move into a fresh plan of action. Every person is a successful person when they are enjoying life with optimism and enthusiasm on their individual pace and terms. Giving the best they are to themselves and others.  Letting their heart be their guide with the highest intentions, supporting their decisions and actions by living for their highest good.

Bottom-line is . . . your  level of awareness is the most important key towards improving your life. And remember that absolutely everything is a teacher for growth and understanding.  You are where you are at right now so that you can have growth with unlimited results.

Keep reviewing and refining; going with the flow of what feel right for you towards your highest passions and intentions; the results will be a joy filled 2011.

Wishing for you all your souls desires.

WHAT IS INSIGHT AND WHAT IS ITS VALUE?

Basic Truths To Our Beingness In Our Spiritual Unfoldment.

Having insight, is to go beyond the five given senses and see the reality of what which we look at and see only the manifestation of the real.  It is when we look for the spirit back of the manifestation.

Insight is when we look deep beyond the surface to understand others and to see the good and oneness in everyone.  With much practice at this we develop a clearer intuition of character and will be able to see the motives that prompts actions.  Additionally compassion and love will open up our powers of discernment which will protect us in many ways.

With insight, we have a keen deep sense of awareness and understanding in situations of a complex nature.  The experiences of life are for the purpose of teaching us lessons and to help us on our path of unfoldment.  We need to gain understanding so we will grow and continue to develop insight.

What is the Value of Self-Appreciation?

Self appreciation is essential for spiritual growth.  We must acknowledge ourselves as more than simply human beings and embrace our glorious heritage; knowing that we are of the Divine, that we are the offspring of God.

The value of self-appreciation is when we stop comparing ourselves to others and allowing outside influences to create any adverse emotions within.  When we feel gratitude for ourselves we are at peace with the world.  We have power and love when we accept and admire ourselves for the unique gifts and talents we have to offer.  It is then that we are able to realize and fulfill our dreams with more ease.  This makes possible our most magnificent unfoldment.

By believing in ourselves we can naturally accomplish so much more!

When our heart is filled with self-appreciation, it will influence what we draw to ourselves - it will govern our experience of the world and how we relate to others and even of what others think of us.

WHAT IS FAITH?

Faith is feeling and all feeling is faith.  The direction of our lives is directly dependent on our faith or feelings and whether they are constructive or destructive.

It is written in the bible, 'Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.'  Faith is the cause, works, the result.

When we are vibrating at a lower level it is a direct result of our negative faith or feelings.  When we are vibrating at our highest vibration possible we are expressing ourselves within our most positive and loving faith and feeling.

In order to accomplish our goals and receive the miracles life has to offer, we must passionately create and maintain a constructive faith and feeling.

WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAITH & WORKS?

It is also written, 'Faith without works is dead', so works without faith is dead also,  for it works both ways.

Faith is feeling and feeling is creative and will just as surely result in works.  Therefore we must not entertain thoughts of hostility or animosity toward anyone, for if we do, those feelings will reach the realm of the subconscious and become faith or feeling and therefore works.

WHY SHOULD WE LIVE IN THE NOW?

We should strive towards operating in the NOW, the present moment as much as possible because tomorrow we will be living the results of our actions, reactions, behaviors and manifestations of right NOW.

By continually living in the NOW we profoundly maintain our spiritual connection with our higher self, resulting in reaching our goals quicker, treating those  around us more lovingly, getting our work done most effectively and are far less likely to spend our time unproductively.

Keeping our thoughts in the NOW we can analyze and lower vibration emotions  and find the lesson at that moment so eventually we won't even look at anything as a misfortune anymore.  To live in the NOW we must now contact our higher good and follow our path carefully and intentionally remaining focused and sincere.

If we are ever going to be happy and contented, loving, kind and true, we must have those virtues NOW.  Right NOW it is possible for us to be whatever we want.

For NOW is all the time we have, tomorrow never comes.
Your future is NOW.

People are always asking about the good old days.
I say, why don't you say the good now days?

~Robert M. Young

Having spent the better part of my life trying either to relive the
past or experience the future before it arrives, I have come
to believe that in between these two extremes is peace.

~Author Unknown

"Old times" never come back and I suppose it's just as well.
What comes back is a new morning every day
in the year, and that's better.

~George E. Woodberry

Opportunities fly by while we sit regretting the
chances we have lost, and the happiness that comes to
us we heed not, because of the happiness that is gone.

~Jerome K. Jerome, The Idle Thoughts of an Idle Fellow, 1889

WHAT IS THE BASIC TRUTH UNDERLYING OUR SPIRITUAL SELF?

Monthly Basic Truths To Our Beingness In Our Spiritual Unfoldment.

In the next several months to come, the Heart 2 Heart articles will be discussing  spiritual unfoldment and will focus on the understanding of Universal Laws and the unfolding of our higher consciousness.
We must first come to process that we are our awareness and we are the master of our own kingdom within.  It is this kingdom within that we are only responsible for and the condition of our kingdom includes the mental and physical conditions.  We are a result of our environment and experiences in life only to the level of how we perceive and treat those experiences.  Being the master of our kingdom we must start through wise and true leadership.
We will learn that we must conduct all our external and internal affairs within the highest light.  And that we are continuously creating our environment and we are responsible for our creations.

It is necessary to carefully cultivate the I AM presence so we will realize peacefulness, wisdom, health, prosperity and vitality in all our ways.

BELIEFS, THOUGHTS & YOUR WORLD

 .,¸¸,.»§«,¸¸,.·´¯`·.,¸¸,.»§« »§«,¸¸,.·´¯`·.,¸¸,.»§«·.,¸¸,

"We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts.

With our thoughts, we make the world."

Buddha

Who hasn't heard it before that we create our world through our thoughts?  We all know that thoughts are things, right?  Right?

Ok now, so let's take a little looksie here; let's see . . . are we enjoying the world our thoughts have created?   Yea, No, Maybe So?

THOUGHTS ARE THINGS

 Hmmmmmmmm........

So what is going on with all this 'thought' process stuff anyways, and do we as an individual effect a mass consciousness? Um... Yea!  --And if we think it need be, how can we turn it all around and snap out of whatever it is we are creating that we think we don't need or would never fathom creating in the first place?  (wow, was that a mouthful)

Most of us struggle with our thoughts to some degree.  I know I've done that more times that I choose to give attention to ;-)    -Something seems 'wrong' and we just may in certain situations find ourselves jumping into heavy draining ego stuff like the assumptions, judgments and conclusions.   Yuck!  Who needs it?

EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS POSITIVE
IF YOU CHOOSE TO LOOK AT IT THAT WAY.

THINGS ARE NEITHER 'GOOD' NOR 'BAD'
THEY JUST ARE.

YOU NOURISH WHAT IT IS YOU GIVE YOUR ATTENTION TO.

WHEN YOU WORRY OR HAVE REGRETS
THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE TELLING THE UNIVERSE YOU WANT MORE OF.

Is worry or regret where we want to spend energy? Would you agree that thoughts founded in drama can be far more energy draining than the actual acts of the drama?

When things appear to be going haywire, we might see it as a wake-up call for us to learn to observe our thoughts (esp. foundational thought) and finding its message and purpose.

Here’s a quote from Abraham-Hicks:
“As you focus upon what it feels like to be living your desire, you cannot, at the same time, be feeling the absence of your desire, so with practice, you can tip the scale, so to speak, so that even though your desire has not yet actually manifested, you are offering a vibration as if it has - then it must.”

Did you know that when you hold negative thoughts (feelings) towards anyone or anything that in that act you are pulling down your own energy level?   And if we live in a negative condition long enough we may be more likely to experience illness's, accidents and most definitely with emotions of victimhoodness, anger and regret.

STEPPING OUT OF THE BOX.

STEP OUTSIDE AND LOOK IN.

But wait, how do we 'wash over' and really clean things up?  How do we even re-work or take a look at our thoughts and why do we process what we do?  Well... there are many means to cleaning the thoughts, but getting to the foundation of it, I invite you to start by first recognizing your underlying thoughts. Your Beliefs.

DON'T STOP BELIEVING

It’s absolutely important to be aware that your brain edits reality according to your perceptions and beliefs.  Now I'm not attempting to threaten or 'change' any persons belief's.  Quite the opposite. You know what works for you, not I.  -All I am saying is if you find your thoughts and beliefs in discord and you are feeling a sense of lack or are in a state of suffering in any way, you may want to give re-working your beliefs some consideration.  That is the role of any peaceful and loving person, to confront unhealthy beliefs wherever they are. It would be worth the effort to see what you can do towards your self-growth.

OBSERVE THE CHILD WITHIN.

It’s important to get an understanding of how everything in your life can be traced back to an idea, assumption or belief.  People believe what they want to believe.... or do they?   --Of course they do, so what do you want, what do you choose to believe?

WHAT'S IN YOUR HEART?

Beliefs about ourselves, others, life and this world we live in.  Must it be so complicated?  Not so much . . .

Easy does it, just one step at a time.... take a look at what you 'perceive' to be true, where did it come from?  Does it belong to someone else?  Have you outgrown it?  -- What action or experience is it that you have had that does or doesn't support it?  --How does each thought / belief make you feel emotionally, spiritually as well a physically?

Could it ~ Should it be turned around for healing and a higher purpose?

Would you be willing to take a different look at it and see its purpose and the
opportunity for growth?

Where your beliefs are will set the direction for your experiences, intentions, motivations and the identities you now hold.  When you really take a look and evaluate your beliefs you will receive that wake-up call needed to 'wash over your thoughts' and set a higher-vibrational life.

If it isn't from a healthy or healing perspective, perhaps it's time to re-think it, transform and heal it and replace it with a new belief/thought that serves a higher purpose for you now.

Discovering Your Beliefs:

  • Your reactions to situations is a recommended place to start.
  • Meditation is effective in helping you to be a conscious creator.  It calms the mind and greatly assists in balancing the emotional body and we can sometimes receive messages and answers to our prayers here.
  • Journaling - The more the better... just before or after meditation especially.
  • Taking Notes - If need be, carry a small notebook around with you for even just a day and jot down from time to time where your frame of mind is at and what let you to it.
  • Reading Inspiration - Whether it be quotes, poems, self-growth or whatever moves your feelings and emotions in a more positive perspective.
  • Music - Wonderful lyrics, soothing calming nature sounds, classical... etc.  - And pay attention to the lyrics, they just may be what you need to hear.

By washing out the old beliefs that don't resonate any longer  and looking at everything fresh and with Divine purpose.  It is then we will elevate our consciousness and will have redirected those old worn out beliefs (resulting in thoughts)  and have moved into a vibration of a more loving, positive, productive and overall more pleasing life.

THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES CAN BE THE BIGGEST BLESSINGS!

Truly getting to the real core of your beliefs and washing away that which isn't serving your purpose anymore will require an open mind and a strong commitment.  Make the commitment, take the time to take responsibility and make the changes for an improved reality, your beliefs and your thoughts and your world.

You just may be surprised when you realize, that when truly applying yourself in this process just how quickly you will experience an energetic shift for the better.

All Is In Divine Right Action,

Mind is the master power that molds and makes,
And we are Mind, and evermore we take
The tool of thought, and shaping what we will,
Bring forth a thousand joys, a thousand ills,
We think in secret, and it comes to pass -
Our world is but our looking glass.

-- James Allen

We lift ourselves by our thought. If you want to enlarge your life, you must first
enlarge your thought of it and of yourself. Hold the ideal of yourself as you
long to be, always everywhere."

-- Orison Swett Marden

You cannot control the world outside, but you can choose what you will bring into yourself. If you do not see anything of value in your life, begin by finding one thing of beauty every day until it becomes a habit.

-- Ron Rathbun

Peace
The connection between soul health
& physical health

There is no secret or denying that as we age our body changes and that the time of passing this realm is a natural process of life.   The 'Human Being' has a life cycle as all things in nature; it is in the conscious passage of these cycles and the peace, growth and healing in our journey is where our opportunity of true 'health'.
Physical health is not only genetics, but mostly a combination of peace within the body, mind and spirit.  The power to choose and live within this healthy peace comes with releasing, healing, practice and awareness. With that being said, the physical body and mentality are the manifestations of the inner self, this is also affected by environment and the experiences of life. The physical body reflects the condition of the soul, as much as the auric body reflects these conditions as well.  The condition of your soul can be made visible most easily by determining your state of consciousness.  -Please take a moment and ask yourself right now, "What is my level of awareness and where am I at in my feelings and attitudes regarding my-self, others and about life?"
Perhaps we could benefit from not thinking of mental and physical health as being separate but should view the Human Being as a single energy system.  Most often the physical body reflects the condition of the soul's vibration by the outward demonstration of emotions, attitudes and behavior towards ourselves and others.  Negative attitudes and behavior can block life force energy and eventually cause physical changes.  These vibrational changes are responsible for some of the dysfunctions found in the heart, stomach and blood vessels.  (Other visible examples of the souls vibration can be; repeatedly clenching hands, grinding teeth, speaking very loudly or quickly and nervous twitches etc. )
Unresolved issues cause emotions of un-forgiveness, guilt, fear, sadness and hatred, these tensions are manifested in the mind (soul) and are visible in the body.   When we examine our tensions we can bring to awareness our emotional dysfunctions and then start working towards finding the purpose in them and in healing them.

We could see improvements as we nurture the  soul as well as the body.  -We nourish the body through, eating healthy, spending time outdoors, exercise and good hygiene practices.  -We nourish the soul through *centering, meditation, prayer, forgiveness, self-love and gratitude.  -We malnourish the body with poor diet, addictions, lack of exercise and outdoor activities.  -We malnourish the soul by living in a state of self-destruction, confusion, greed and resentment.**
When your heart is singing, you are allowing Well-being.

When you are appreciating, you are allowing Well-being.

When you are yelling at somebody, you're not.

When you're feeling insecure, you're not. When you're frustrated, you're not.

-- Abraham

Negativity (fear) leads to depression, and negativity coupled with doubt makes a emotional spiral of worst case scenarios in health.   If the soul maintains a state of emotional health, peace and freedom from past regrets and future worries then it will be reflected in the body's composure, appearance and health.   Likewise, if the soul maintains a state of lower vibration agony and discord emotions then that as well will be apparent in the physical body in behavior and eventually possibly even dis-ease.
Finding your hot spots, your triggers and working on understanding them until you relax around them and they can no longer hurt you through your mental reactions.

To help you heal mentally from that which is possibly causing physical health issues it is important to first discover your triggers (anxiety and/or aggravations).  Look at your reactions to your triggers as a momentary gift to show you in which areas you can release, heal and achieve overall growth and peace.  To find your triggers spend a day or two writing down your mood shifts (good and not so good)  and look within to discover where you have an opportunity to heal those unresolved life issues and relationships.

Your triggers are founded and given energy from your beliefs.  If you want, I have also written an article you may want to read about beliefs below.
I also recommend a very good book full of information about holistic healing is Heal Your Body by Louise Hay***.  In her book you will find the probably cause for health issues and the information you need to overcome it by creating new thought patterns and a improved consciousness.

Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say:  Something is important here; otherwise,
I would not be feeling this negative emotion.  What is it that I want?  And then simply turn
your attention to what you do want.  In the moment you turn your attention to what you
want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the ...moment the negative attraction stops,
the positive attraction will begin.   -Abe

VALUE IN MEDITATION
Meditation is necessary to achieve our highest possible spiritual development;  it opens up the channel through which Infinite Wisdom is available.  During meditation, we raise our vibration resulting in a true connection with our I AM, Our Higher Self.

Within this period of quiet reflective thinking we are open to those suggestions within, from the Source, and are able to transcend in thought the knowledge that is being taught.  We begin to understand that there is a purpose behind everything and to be able to discriminate between the important and the trivial, thereby resulting in giving our attention to only worthwhile matters.

Meditation puts us in a peak state of mentality, where we feel in the zone.  With regular practice, meditation inspires and adapts us to be at peace with the world and ourselves.  Meditation helps us tune into our intuition, to more easily be able to find the solutions to our issues and goals in life, it is a source of well-being and inspiration.

Daily meditation of even 10 minutes a day will give you great benefits, but meditation of at least 45 minutes once or twice a day is highly recommended.
