| OUT OF THE BOX - METAPHYSICAL GROUP |
This gathering is for people who would like to explore beyond the conventional limits and perspectives. We are all equally students and teachers of life.
Gathering Outline:
Each person is asked to submit one question of a spiritual and/or metaphysical nature and put it in the box - One question at a time is pulled out of the box (hence the name of the group) and becomes the current topic for discussion.
The talking stick is placed in the center of the circle, and whoever chooses to pick it up is the sole speaker at that moment. Everyone else listens attentively, honoring what the person is saying as their truth and giving it their full attention, even if they don't agree with what is being said. All comments, even remarks to oneself, will wait until they have possession of the talking stick.
As some questions can excite much conversation there are gatherings when we run out of time and some of the questions are left in the box until the next Out-Of-The-Box group.
This is a free will environment; we do ask that everyone submits a question, but no one is called upon to answer any questions or coerced to give their view points. Your extent of participation is always honored.
All we ask is that you respect those with different or developing points of view. All the participants are acknowledged and invited to be the harmonious love they wish to see on this earth.
Socializing and refreshments after group session has concluded.

After meditation, we have an open discussion within the circle sharing our experiences. Do not be afraid to express yourself and do not be afraid to reach out. Your wisdom may be the difference needed in someone else's life. Socializing and refreshments after group session has concluded.

Every day at the 11:11 Universal Peaceful Meditation, you are invited to pause whatever it is you are doing and join in a 3 minute blessing the world.
11:11 is the 11th gateway, which opens up and is a channel for higher levels of thought.
For that brief span of time, simply close your eyes and mentally connect with others around the world as together we visualize a peace filled and prosperous planet where harmony, joy, love, beauty and abundance abide. Imagine a world where everyone is blessed by the presence of everyone else. Where we are one and ALL is in Divine Order with purpose and Grace.

I have very much enjoyed the Meditation group. The meditations are enchanting, and your voice angelic. I have had a hard time in the past quieting my mind enough to really receive the benefits of meditation but with the simple techniques you have introduced along with your voice and the wonderfully written meditations I have seen great improvement in my ability to really fall into deep relaxation.

I recently attended my first Out-Of-The-Box Circle.
I really enjoyed meeting others who were exploring their own spiritual path. The discussion was set up so that each person could express opinions about a specific question without interruption. You could express your thoughts and ideas and then others would share theirs. The setting was very open and non- judgmental.
I found the views of the others insightful and interesting. I really enjoyed the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas with like minded people. I'm looking forward to the next meeting.

I got out of the group allot of new ways to look at some of the age old questions like unconditional love and how we as humans still have a condition its an emotion and some new questions and answers that I haven't thought about.
I love the way the group is structured with the talking stick so no one talks over each other and its all filled with love and there is not any hostility if there is a disagreement. I got to see and meet some great people and will recommend the groups to anyone I see.

What a wonderful meditation tonight!
I could feel myself relaxing with each release of breath from the very beginning. As we were guided to walk towards the hammock I could just feel the delicious feeling of becoming so peaceful and feeling so secure... the feeling that you get just before falling asleep. Then as you guided us to lay upon the hammock and to just release the weight of any thing we needed to get rid of, I could feel the hammock moving down from the weight it was taking from me until finally letting it go as if it were a mesh screen filtering out what was no longer needed, feeling myself become lighter and lighter.. so light in-fact that I was no longer laying in the hammock but swinging free on a vine of green leaves and beautiful flowers. In addition, the little workers sweeping away any remaining negativity, stress, or what was no longer serving us was just the finishing touch it needed. Planting the seeds of confidence and Love for us to grow and nurture was wonderful! As you guided us to call upon the best of ourselves and to hold that to us, being able to recall it in an instant by just taking a quiet moment in days to come, I could feel my confidence in being able to do that swell with a deep set knowledge that in those moments that I need to remind myself that I am a divine being , that I have everything within me that I need to succeed, I will be able to call upon it more quickly! The speed in which you lead the meditation was perfect, the music that you played seemed to rise and fall with you like a gentle ocean wave.
