Love in the form of Blessings.

When blessings are sent with sincere highest intention, it is the greatest gift you can give. 

Sending blessings is as healing to the sender as it is to the receiver. 

Why not send one right now.

 Deeply breath in . . . slowly exhale out . . .    Give your full attention to something, anything or everything you really love about yourself and 'Feel That Love'.  This is how you give yourself a blessing.

Deeply breath in . . . slowly exhale out . . .     Give full attention to something, anything or everything you really love and appreciate about someone else and tell them how you feel.  Tell them in such a way they "Feel That Love'.  This is how you give others a blessing.

Dedicate today to living in awareness of that which you are grateful for; and expressing a deeply felt ‘thank you’ towards yourself and others every opportunity  you have.
  You will experience your vibration of love being raised higher and higher with each acknowledgment.
As you expound on the reasons for  gratitude  you start to notice an abundance of even more to be grateful for.

The interesting thing about expressions of the heart, is that it benefits both the giver and the receiver.  And when you give gratitude to the loving nature that is you and is others you start to feel bliss and feel  lighter and lighter until you are flying alongside the angels.


 Do this in every opportunity . . . 
and see the interconnectedness
 of all life . . .
