Anytime we open our heart, mind and spirit in any form of meditation or prayer we are joined.

Just take a break from whatever you are doing.

Wherever you are take 3 or more minutes to join in Divine Unity Consciousness and send powerful healing thoughts of white light and loving energies for the highest purpose of All.
